environment. With a broad and detailed understand of how networks work, ULTRAFLEX

IMPLEMENTATION
SERVER MIGRATION PLANNING AND DEPLOYMENT
Completing a Readiness Evaluation of your server environment is the first step in
preparing to migrate your servers to a new or up-graded technology. File, print,
web, storage, database and application servers must function on a daily basis to
provide the critical services your end-users demand. Therefore, server migrations
must be well planned and executed with precise timing and technical expertise in
order to minimize disruption of service.
MIGRATION PLANNING
Our professional consultants
conduct an exhaustive planning process to ensure the seamless implementation of your
new technology (Windows Server 2008, Exchange Server 2007, etc.). This process includes
a risk management plan that maps a customized strategy and order of upgrades. Our
consultants also review Active Directory plans, evaluate system requirements and
develop and test the upgrade plan.
MIGRATION DEPLOYMENT
Once the planning and testing stage is complete, the migration begins. It includes the upgrade of servers with the option of choosing NT & Windows 2000/2003 domain consolidation, terminal services/remote administration and data/user cleanup, based on your business requirements and the overall design plan.
Every successful migration also includes post migration services to launch the new technology as an integral part of your environment. According to your specific needs, our professionals will devise a server backup strategy and will implement high availability clustering, load balancing and com+ services. An operation plan and documentation can also be developed.
